What is Address Book?
Address Book is an online contact manager similar to a paper or desktop address book but with more convenient features and functions. Use it to store all your contact information about individuals and companies. Because it's online, you can access it with an Internet connection from anywhere in the world.

How to add a contact?

There are a number of ways to add contacts to your Address Book.
1. Click "Add Contact" on the main navigation bar.
2. Enter the contact information. Required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*).
3. Click "Save" to finish.

Hint:
You can also click "Add to Address Book" button in received messages, the sender's contact information will be automatically added to your address book.

How to add a group?
1. Click "Add Group" on the main navigation bar.
2. Enter group name and group description.
3. Select the contact's email address from "Contacts" list, click "Add" button to add the contact to the group.
4. Click the "Add All" button to add all contacts to the group.
5. If you want to delete a group member, select the group member from "Group Members" list and click the "Remove" button.
6. Click the "Remove All" button to remove all group members.
7. Click "Add" to finish.

How to manage the contact in my personal address book?
Click "Personal" on the main navigation bar and enter the "Contacts" page. You can manage the contacts in your personal address book in this view.

(1) To edit a contact, click "EDIT" in the corresponding contact field.
(2) To delete contacts, click the checkbox before corresponding contact and click "Delete" on the main tool bar.
(3) To view the detail information of an existed contact, click the contact's "Name".
(4) To search a contact, enter the contact's name in search field and click "Search Now".
(5) To add new contact in "Personal" view, click "Add Contact "on the tool bar.
(6) To send mails to person in contact list, click the checkbox before corresponding contact and click "Send Mail" on the main tool bar.
(7) To export address book, click "Download" on the tool bar, select character set and format, then click "Save" to download. 
(8) To import address book, click "Upload" on the tool bar, browse to find the address book file you want to import. Click the "upload" button.

How to manage group contact in my personal address book?
Click "Personal" on the main navigation bar. You can manage the groups in your personal address book in this view.

you can:
(1) To edit a group, click "EDIT" in the corresponding group field.
(2) To delete groups, click the checkbox before corresponding group and click "Delete" on the main tool bar.
(3) To view the detailed information of an existing group, click the group's "Name".
(4) To add new group in "Personal" view, click "Add Group" on the tool bar.
(5) To send mails to group member in group list, click the checkbox before the corresponding group and click "Send Mail" on the main tool bar.

What can I do with my company address book?

A company address book is generated automatically by the system. Select "Company" view to enter the "Company Address Book". You can view, search the information of your company members and send them messages.

To send mails to company members in the list, click the checkbox before corresponding group and click "Send Mail" on the main tool bar.
