What is Web site Management?
Web site management allows webmaster to efficiently build and maintain a company web site.  Webmasters can use the "Design Wizard" and templates provided in web site management, or create a web site from scratch, using DIY Builder.

How to create a web site?

Webmaster can build a simple web site using templates in "Design Wizard" page.

1. Click the "Web Site Management" on the main navigation bar and enter the "web site management" page.
2. Click "Create Web Site" to start.
3. Create the web site with the wizard: Select a template from the template list. Three kinds of template are provided for webmasters to choose from: one-page site, two-page site or five-page site. Click "Next" to continue. Fill out the form and upload necessary files. Click "Preview" to preview the web site. Click "Publish" to finish the design and publish to the Internet. Click "Back" to reselect template.

How to modify the website?
1. Click the "Web Site Management" on the main navigation bar and enter in the "web site management" page.
2. Click "Modify Web Site" to modify the web site.
3. Reset the web site content. Click "Preview" to view the web site; Click "Publish" to finish the design and publish to the Internet; Click "Back" to reselect template.

How to create a web site with DIY builder?

Webmaster can DIY the web site by upload prepared web site files.
1. Click the "Web Site Management" on the main navigation bar and enter the "web site management" page.
2. Click "DIY Builder" to start the web site DIY.
3. Click "Upload" to upload files to current folder. Select the target files in the pop-up dialog box. Click "OK" to upload.

Note:
(1) The first page of your web site must be named as 'index.htm' or 'index.html'.
(2) Files to be uploaded must in the following formats:

  • Web pages - HTML, HTM
  • Media files formats- BMP, JPEG, JPG, GIF, SWF, WAV, MID, MP3, RM, WMA, WMV, MPG, AVI

    (3) Downloadable Attachments- RAR, ZIP, DOC, PPT, PDF, XLS
    (4) You can manage the web site files by create folders. Click "Create Folder", enter the folder's name and click "Add", the folder will be added under current directory.
    (5) You can manage the uploaded files and folders by follow options:
  • To delete files, select files and click "Delete" on the tool bar.
  • To rename files, select files and click "Rename" on the tool bar. Enter the new name in "Rename" page. Click "OK" to finish.
  • To copy files, select files and click "Copy" on the tool bar. Select a target folder in the tree directory. Click "OK" to finish.
  • To move files, select files and click "Move To" on the tool bar. Select a target folder in the tree directory. Click "OK" to finish.
